About the Event

Intimacy allows us to experience the wonders of soul to soul bonding, deep understanding, compassion and genuine love. But Into-Me-See can be terrifying. So we put up invisible walls in an attempt to protect ourselves from possible rejection and hurt. It takes a safe space for all of the fears that have never before seen the light of day to be acknowledged, known, and held. 

InnerCamp invites you to join Sara as she guides you to open up the gateways to intimacy. You will use the breath as a major catalyst for connection with yourselves and others and will take the biggest sigh of relief as you relax into who you truly are. Come and train the muscle of intimacy through gentle movement and breathwork. 

This session is open to everybody, but it is particularly transformational if done in a couple. You can deepen your bond and take it to the next level.

Your Facilitator - Sara Tonini

Sara is a soul alchemist, an Earth steward, and a womb-wisdom keeper. She is the scientist and the shaman, the academic and the witch. The bridge between the structured logic and the fiery creativity. For many years, she lived in her mind - a wonderful place that allowed her to obtain a PhD in the Social Sciences and to become an academic researcher and professor. As her career was booming, she recognised the need to balance her life and started to embark on a journey of radical self-love through embodiment practices. She now shares her medicine through yoga, meditation and pranayama, conscious dance, cyclical living awareness, sex and intimacy coaching and conscious breathwork.

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including prior heart attack), mental disorders (manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, etc.), strokes, TIA´s, seizures or other brain/neurological conditions, a history of aneurysms in the immediate family, use of prescription blood thinners, hospitalized for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, osteoporosis or physical injuries that are not fully healed, acute somatic and viral diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III), chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness, individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency, cancer and Low Impulse Control.

Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.  This work is deeply experiential. It may involve intense and energetic emotional release. Breathwork is not advised for persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
