Week 1: Identify your Values

You will identify your life goals, your core values, your mission and vision. You will create a step-by-step roadmap to make your dreams a reality. You will be given techniques to kickstart your day in a de-stressed and positive way. 

Weeks 2-3: Break Your Bad Habits

You will change your irrational and negative beliefs, you will transform your negative thoughts into positive ones. You will learn how to use handle stress and emotions to gain more emotional intelligence.

Weeks 4-5: Reprogram your Mind

We will help you identify your strengths so that you can thrive in your personal and professional life. We will give you NLP techniques to increase your overall happiness. We will help to erase your feelings of jealousy towards others.

Week 9: Take Your Love Life to the Next Level

You will learn the different relationships stages and how this can affect the way you deal with partner conflicts. You will learn about the practice of Tantra, a lifestyle intended to help you reconnect with your partner by tapping into your inner energy.

Week 10: Build a Lifestyle That Awakens Your Potential

You will be introduced to Hygge, which is a way of life that focuses on bringing feelings of coziness, warmth and comfort into your space. We will teach you how to boost your self-esteem.
